Cypress Trail Apartments

Will never forget there. When my car was stolen out of there. The office asked me are you sure you didn't get drunk and park it somewhere else. Gate was always broken then. I don't know about now. 1 star is the lady downstairs. That was there 9+ years then. I wish the best to her.

I really don't understand the bad reviews. I have had nothing but a good experience with these folks. Sheila and Debbie are incredible and extremely patient and very very accommodating. And I met some of their team today and the maintenance men really nice people who take definite pride in their work. Hopefully this review will be one of the reviews that turns ratings around. Because they have definitely turned this property around for sure.

The reviews are right! DO NOT MOVE HERE! Everyone at the office is extremely rude and unprofessional and DO NOT care about you as a resident. They will ignore all of your emails, any concerns you have, will go out of their way to inconvenience you and ruin your day. The pool is closed half the time, the washer and dryer are expensive, the gate works 1/3 of the time, the parking is atrocious unless of course, you pay the money hungry monsters that are the management. All of my neighbors were also very unhappy living there. Nobody ever answers the phone. You can be a good resident and follow all the rules from the lease and they will STILL find something to complain about and charge you. If I could give 0 stars I would! DO NOT MOVE HERE!

Honestly friendly and responsive management. Nice apartment with new carpeting and flooring when we moved in. They actually maintain the property, trash butler service and cable+ wifi in the rent. Best apartment complex Ive ever lived in by far.

Recently moved to Florida for work, I spoke with Melissa, it was such a pleasure to speak with someone so professional and that has refined their craft. Let me know everything within a timely manner, went above and beyond to close the process due to working long hours and was able to procure an apartment within the community of Cypress Trail. Definitely will be recommending it to whom ever is currently looking to rent. Thank you Cypress Team!
