Niles, the owner of NLS Cleaning, is as professional as it gets. He is is extremely respectful when listening to what it is you need done. He did not push to sell me more services, but nicely explained the importance of that service beyond the obvious. He was very easy to talk to and provided a very fine result when the job was done. He is highly reliable in following through and I can easily recommend him to anyone who is particular about having a job well done.

We had our house power washed and our windows cleaned. NLS did an amazing job. Our house looks brand new! All of the dirt, mold and debris is completely gone. The windows and window frames look amazing. Everybody was professional. I highly recommend this company!

I have used NLS Cleaning for pressure washing of my home, driveway, walks, and curbs for the past five years. They also did a one-time low pressure wash of my old roof to remove mildew. NLS Cleaning always communicates well concerning what will be done prior to the start of the job and follows through to completion. I am part of our HOA board and we have used NSL Cleaning several times for pressure washing our amenity building, walks, curbs, front signs. We and always satisfied with the final result. They have also reseated and resealed HOA pool and walkway pavers and final results were outstanding. Their prices are competitive.

We have been using NLS for pressure washing since 2018, for both primary residence and rental properties. NLS never fails to make us utterly glad and appreciative of their work.
