A1A Overhead Door

Garage door opener would not open door and made a terrible noise. I was happy to be able to speak with a person at your office. I tried three providers and your office was the only one to have a real person answering the phone. Service provider was friendly and seemed knowledgeable.

Internal spring broke. Discovered when unraveling/popping noise occurred, then garage door slammed shut. Immediately sent a technician out to resolve the problem. Very professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient.

I have an older garage door and the seal on the bottom had broken away causing a gap for pests to possibly get inside. The part couldn't be bought at any of the big home improvement stores so we couldn't fix it ourselves. A1A came prepared and had the exact part we would need. We now have a perfectly sealed garage door and I can sleep at night knowing nothing is getting under that door. I called A1A in the morning regarding my garage door that needed to be fixed immediately since the seal of the bottom of the door was completely broken. They came out the same afternoon and the the technician Ethan called to ask if he could come early since he was in the vicinity. He was friendly, professional and had all the parts to fix the door quickly. The door was fixed perfectly. I know if I ever have another garage door problem I will always choose A1A. Lifter motor was dead and springs needed to be replaced. I really appreciate it how fast you responded to my call. And the service was great. The tech was very knowledgeable and was able to quickly determine what the issue was, and his work was very good.
