When my wife and I first called Felicia, she was personally painting the inside of a client's house since the owners had moved away and needed their home to sell quickly. We asked her to be our realtor on the spot, and she provided that same level of care and attention throughout our entire home-buying process. Since we lived out of state, I had one weekend to see homes. Felicia organized 9 showings for me, complete with a personalized binder that compared each of the homes' major features, price per square foot, etc. She took me to lunch and bought me coffee as we darted around Gulf Breeze and Navarre. Once we found our home to be, Felicia organized all the communications with the builder, his agent, and the lender. She negotiated an offer that allowed us to move into our home for FREE with the builder paying all of the closing costs, $10,000 toward an interest rate buy down, $1,500 toward a refrigerator, and adding 2" blinds to all the windows. She then coordinated with the seller's agent to give my wife and I cut of their commission to help us buy a washer and dryer. After we went under contract, Felicia attended each of the home's walkthroughs on our behalf to make sure it was in perfect condition. Then she decorated the inside of the house with a beautiful plant, balloons, and a bottle of prosecco for our arrival. Since then, Felicia has recommended numerous home service providers to us, all of which are owned by or hire veterans. She is incredibly knowledgable about the area, and we are going to do business with a number of companies she has recommended. If you want the best out of your home-buying experience, you need to "BUY FELICIA!"

Felicia went above and beyond everything that was asked of her. Detail oriented & result driven. She made our home buying experience worry free experience, unlike other realtors we have had.
