        I had a mixed experience with this mobile detailing service. A year ago, their work ethic was impressive once they arrived at my home (Im sure it still is). They clearly knew what they were doing and paid great attention to detail. The quality of their work was outstanding. This year, however, has been a different story in terms of communication. While I've been able to get a hold of them to schedule appointments, the communication afterward and follow through for those appointments have been poor. They do apologize and try to make up for it, but it's been multiple times now that I've encountered this issue and I still havent gotten my vehicle serviced again. If you can manage to get them to your home and they follow through, their work is excellent, but be prepared for potential scheduling frustrations.

      unfortunately your schedule is not the easiest to work around since we don't work on weekends but tried to make an exception for you since you were a returned client and only could have your car done on a Saturday. We offered you multiple times to come during the week .It has rained the last few Saturdays we are sorry but definitely would of got you taken care if you could of been more patient. ONE Thing I can say is we are worth the wait because you know what you're getting a 5 star service when we come . We also have thousands of dollar worth of equipment so we can not work in the rain . You also were getting a 1 year ceramic coating which needs the right weather to cure . We do it right or we don't do it all we are not in it just for the money. Sorry it didn't work out we wish you the best and all of our clients know the work ethic and results are still some the best around unfortunately you only have one day out of the week and being a day we don't work on but was willing to make an exception we ran into some issues and we express our sincere apology. Leaving a bad review really hurts a small family owned business and definitely when weather is out of our hands and this review has nothing to do with our actual work ethic . You have a great day and let us know if there is something we can do to make it right or make you happy .
