I absolutely love Navarre Auto. We moved here 4 years ago and was so lucky to have found them. They have taken care of everything from normal maintenance to motor issues, brakes and everything in-between. They take care of me like I am family and I am so thankful for them. I trust them so much..oh, and I love my hubcaps ..

Im pretty disappointed with our recent visit at Navarre Auto. I originally dropped off my car with electrical problems a couple weeks ago. To start off my car was with them for 2 weeks with no updates. I had to be the one to call them multiple times to ask for updates. They never once called me until the day they told me that they couldnt do anything else, that I needed to come get my car and take it some place else, which was fine at the time. My fianc and in law went this past Friday to pick up my car and tow it elsewhere. Once they arrived they had asked the emplyees what had been done to my car test wise. My fianc finds out from one of the employees that the only thing they did to my car was unplug and plug back in my battery. While they had my car I was told multiple times that they had run tests..come to find out they didnt. If you cant fix my car thats totally fine but dont lie to me and tell me you ran a bunch of tests on my car for two weeks that came up empty. In this time I couldve taken my car somewhere else and had it been fixed already. While my fianc and in law were loading my car onto the trailer there was multiple employees standing around, cracking jokes the entire time at my car being broken and other unprofessional things. While towing my vehicle onto the trailer my fianc finds out that he needs to go home and grab our other trailer because this one isnt gonna fit my car. Instead of being of any help these emplyees continue to joke around and even went as far as to say lets just rip the bumper off to make it fit. Im highly disappointed in Navarre Auto at this point. When being told to come pick up my car, the guy on the other end told me that if my fianc and in law come before they close that there employees will help them load it up. We soon realize that these employees helped in no way, they were extremely rude and unprofessional. One even made jokes about how his Infiniti back home is working. Not sure why he wanted to throw that out there though I mean the whole reason that my car was there was to be fixed. Update: First of all I don't appreciate be labeled as a liar. Second off im not sure why y'all would think that I made this stuff up. My previous experiences have been great with y'all which is why I chose to come back another time. Maybe you need to talk with your employees and get all the facts right before you come at me. I know what was said to me, my fiance knows what was said to him as well. So maybe talk with your employees and figure where the miscommunication was. I have multiple witnesses who can attest to the fact that your employees were being extremely unprofessional. I also know for a fact most places charge for diagnostics, I've been to multiple other car places who have charged me for them so I found it weird when y'all didn't. Don't get me wrong I appreciate not being charged but it doesn't sit right with me being told one thing on the phone and then being told another thing in person about my car and the tests done on it. If you have proof you can go ahead and send it over. Next time maybe tell your employees not to say anything to the customer before they know all the facts. Like I said I have multiple witnesses who heard your employee say that all that was done to the car was the battery got unplugged and plugged back in. Trust me you don't have to worry about us coming back because we sure as hell won't be doing that.

I absolutely love Navarre Auto. We moved here 4 years ago and was so lucky to have found them.
