Chico's

Wow. This was a first bad experience for me at this store. Not one salesperson approached me to ask if she could help me. I worked for Chicos years ago and I would have been fired for noint offering to help a customer. I'll be going to one of the other stores in the area from now on.

This is absolutely the most unfriendly Chicos I have ever been in to shop! I shop at Chicos often. I have been a secret shopper in the past. I interacted with three sales people. The first was very pleasant and helpful. The second yelled across the store and pointed to something I was looking for. I could not find another item that I already had and wanted to purchase another color so I asked for assistance from this same person said she had no idea what I was talking about and walked away. I did find the rack of shirts on my own. When I went to the counter I waited about 10 minutes as everyone was with a customer. No problem. When I was called up as next I was scolded for standing in the wrong spot. (There were no signs for where to wait) This woman was so unfriendly. She spoke gruff and demanding. I could on and on about what she said and didnt do, no customer service! Toward the end I asked her why she was speaking so meanly to me? She said Im not, Im just trying to move through this. She should NOT be working at a Chicos. She does not meet the friendly standards and/or customer service levels that Chicos is known for.
