After installation, every single window leaked. Not the windows themselves, just bad installation. Screws to hold windows to the house were not attached to anything. Called them to fix it, they used many tubes of caulk, but you could still feel the wind coming through the cracks. Just left the old wood and just tried to cover it up. Had to pay another contractor to fix everything they tried to hide. Owner would not do anything to help, and told me they are done with my job.

Luxury products and installation, the NGA team does a luxury job, they take care of even the smallest detail, cleaning the work area during and after installation, in addition to excellent customer service. Highly recommended.

Ordered new windows for my house and came in sooner than expected. Installers were professional and knowledgeable. Great job all around.

I hope their work is better than their drivers. Girlfriend pulled onto Collier with an 1/8th mile gap (according to the owner who pulled up the truck camera footage, which he hung up before getting my email to send it to me). While speeding, driver passed on the right using the right turn lane, blared the horn the whole time, gave her the finger, then cut her off. Don't bother calling...owner defends his drivers & blames the victim. Claimed footage showed she pulled "right out" in front...not the case. 1/8th mile takes about 13 seconds to cover at 50mph. Driver was doing well over 70 bc we couldn't catch up. Math is truth.
