The staff at the Naples office is extremely professional, very knowledgeable, and really helped me every step of the way...
They offer encouragement when you are struggling, and help define weekly goals with regards to eating habits, and recommendations.
Extremely friendly, and welcoming.

So much turnover and people bounce from Ft. Myers to Naples. Clearly an issue with the management there. That they cant retain people. Over priced, consistently try to charge for services not rendered. They want to treat the same office as two separate offices. I would have the same person on the Medi side as I had on the contemporary side. We are we in the same office but they want to charge me two office visits when I was only there one time. Look at this through your clients lens. You barely have one team and you have one office (two locations) yet you wanna treat it and charge it as two? Perception people. First they tell me no appointment needed for injections so I show up today and now they need an appointment set?? Say one thing and then do another and then make it look like its my fault. I challenge the woman at the desk about the nail appointment versus appointment policy for injections and she is all sensitive. Im a female too youre going to have customers get upset. How did they handle that. ? I get in the back room for my injection after disagreeing with the girls at front desk and they stab me with the needle. They normally pinch the skin and put the needle about halfway in. This woman did none of that. Shes either very untrained or was disgruntle about my conversation in the lobby with the front desk person. I asked to speak to the manager and guess what like usual no manager was there. Just like when I asked her one a couple weeks ago. I am never going back!! Found another place in Naples.

I've been going to Mediweightloss since August and I've lost 52 pounds. The staff has been great and supportive. Debbie signed me up and she was very encouraging and motivating. However, now that Debbie and Crystal are gone from the Naples location, I'm not sure I want to go back. If I was even 10 minutes late, Crystal would call me to make sure I was OK and still able to come in. I missed my appointment last week and have not been back since I was told Debbie and Crystal are gone and no one has contacted me, as if I no longer matter. People like me go to programs like this for the support, encouragement and accountability. When you feel like you don't matter anymore, what's the point? In addition to finding out Debbie and Crystal are no longer there, on the same day, I was told my (trained and well behaved dog that has been coming with me the whole time) was no longer welcome in the office, which makes it very difficult for me to schedule an appointment since I live 45 minutes away and I have to drop her off on my way to work so she's not home alone for 10 hours a day! I just don't understand what could have happened that so many changes needed to be made from one week to the next. It does not inspire confidence that's for sure.
