Great experience here! Staff was kind, efficient & compassionate. Treatment was explained in detail & I can already see a noticeable improvement in my dog overnight. We will definitely be using Harmony for future services.

Initially liked taking our two dogs here until we questioned a recent invoice and vet visit. We called to schedule an appointment for specific vaccines needed to board our dogs for an upcoming trip. My husband took both dogs and after reviewing the invoices at home started to question the two exam fees. Upon reviewing a previous invoice from only 3 months prior we noticed inconsistencies in the exam fees VS tech visit fees. I called to get clarification as I felt like we had been overcharged for the following reasons: 1. Both dogs were just seen 3 months ago and we paid 1 exam fee $55 and 1 tech fee $15. This time there were two $55 exam fees. 2. At the bottom of the invoices for both dogs it states their next wellness exams are not due until the following year at that same date and not within the 3 month window of this visit. 3. After further discussion with my husband only one of our dogs was somewhat looked over while he was in the exam room, but our other dog was not examined during the visit. They did not look at their eyes, ears, gums, feel or move any joints, etc. Upon questioning the office as to what a wellness exam entails, I did not get an answer. It's also of concern that they take the dogs into the back for vaccines and the vaccines are not done in the appointment room with the owner. Just makes you question if your pets are getting what they actually came for, if at all. I called the office everyday following the appointment for clarification as I felt like we were overcharged at least 1 exam fee but now feel neither fee was necessary based on their own paperwork. Finally, a week later we were able to discuss our concerns with the Office Manager and ultimately are dissatisfied with the outcome. They offered a credit on the account because a refund would cost a fee. After reading additional reviews we don't feel that this location is a long-term good fit for us and a credit will not be necessary so we have reached out to our bank for support with a charge dispute. The office admitted there was miscommunication on their end but the reasoning for the exam fees is still unclear. If you are booking an appointment here be aware that there are 3 kinds of appointments that you as the customer need to specify between when booking (which I think is really a receptionist's job to evaluate the call, ask clear questions, and help determine which type of visit is necessary for your appointment) so make a choice between a tech visit, a dr visit, or an emergency visit. Also, according to the office staff if your pet is not seen within a month of their last visit they require an exam fee, but that is not stated anywhere and contradicts their own printed invoices that have clear follow up due dates a year from the most recent visit. Do your research before taking your pets somewhere and be extremely clear with what you need done and understanding the costs BEFORE they charge you. It felt like a burden trying to get clear answers and clarify the charges, and as a customer... everything in life has gotten expensive so anything we can save and not be blindly charged for helps go towards other care that our dogs might need. Again, we initially liked this place but it is not a good fit for us going forward. *update in response to the owners comment. I have no problem with paying a fee. The inconsistencies in our billing, the lack of clarity, and the poor customer service are why we will not continue to come here. The owners response is disappointing quite frankly. **the pettiness of this place because they were in the wrong is unbelievable. We received a letter with a forged signature of my husband's with a signed date that was not the date of our visit (appt was 3/18 not 3/16), and not his signature. And a letter of discontinuing service. We already said we are not coming back. We do not need harassing mail sent to our home. This is so unprofessional from a business.
