        I have owned 11 BMWs over the years, adds up to a lot of $. I have purchased or leased 4 from Germain BMW. The last two I leased and upon return Germain charged me for matters that were not fair nor considered my customer loyalty. I will not buy or lease another BMW esp from Germain.

        I'm sure this place has a 50/50 chance to please it's customers. They fall into the category of most car dealerships these days as huge time wasters. For the kind of money dealerships rake in... you would think they would put a sizable percentage into customer service and be able to show a little more appreciation when you walk thru there doors. I gave them 2.5 stars.
