Collier Urgent Care - Park Shore

Extremely unprofessional. Its all very rushed. Doctor was condescending and had no sympathy for my case. She asked if I was ready to close my case. However, due to the gravity of what occurred and for my peace of mind. I wanted to get lab work and exams to ensure my health is fine. Not to just be told verbally Im fine. They had no prior knowledge of the type of case. So just to be told I was fine verbally was not enough. I am being referred somewhere else. I definitely dont recommend this place. Better places available with better customer service. Queue the were sorry to hear your experience, please reach out to us. Blah blah blah.

On Friday Jan 20th I took my wife into this Med Center to treat an internal infection. We were greeted warmly by front office and the nurses. Dr. Rivaherrera MD absolutely treated her with respect and kindness. This was especially important because we are on vacation! Thank you Collier Team very much!

he doctors are ABSOLUTELY amazing, like stitch my finger back together through my nail kind of good, they always treats my little one with respect and dignity.. The two missing stars are because the front desk is nearly impossible to communicate with and extremely rude. We had a mixup with our insurance, and I was trying to explain what was going on and they just were so callous, cold, and argumentative. The insurance mix up was not on our end btw. I gave them a second chance because the doctors are so incredible. I dont think Ill be returning here. Its super sad because we really really love the doctors.
