Hi Yuksel,This is the owner Jason. You left our store just minutes ago. As you mentioned, I was happy to correct and fix this error for you as quickly as possible. It was an error, and I do sincerely apologize for it (and we did). Please note, I work in the back office and when it was brought to my attention I made the proposal to fix this for you and had my staff member relay that info. Our embroidery equipment is not on-site at this location which is why we could not fix it immediately... we do everything at our Beck Blvd location. Nobody made a comment about your plans or that we don't think you have them. You were asking for something physically impossible in this moment, or not understanding it.I would have been happy to refund your order or fix it. In fact, I will go above and beyond. In lieu of a one-star review, I wish you would've expressed your dissatisfaction with our offer to correct the situation directly with me while you were here.I came up to the front to assure you that we could fix it and apologize but, you'd already left. By the time I got back to my desk, you'd left this one-star review. I understand you are not happy, but we were / are willing to fix this. Lastly, our standard time is 7-10 business days and we inform all customers of our expected turnaround times. Your order was done in exactly five business days. I understand our error is not the 5 star service you expected but, surely that constitutes to more than 1 star. Feel free to reach out to me directly if you'd like to resolve this.

Thank you so much for the kind review! I’m glad you found us. Just for our curiosity, where did you see it advertised that we were next to Goodwill? We would like to get that fixed right away.
