Publix Super Market at The Shoppes at Pebblebrooke

I always have issues at the deli when shopping at this location. Whether its the fact that they get the order wrong, they refuse to slice the deli meat to my desired thickness or six managers are managing and having a conference, three people are doing online orders and/or orders for the subs next door and only one person is serving those in line for the deli meats. I avoid shopping at this location like one avoids paying taxes.

Terrible service, horrible staff, they treat you in a bad way, and still according to the manager "they serve you in a bad way" horrible, I don't recommend anyone Zero stars

Yesterday, April 1st I went to the Pebblebrook Publix to pict up my Granddaughters birthday cake after work. I went to Customer Service and they handed me the cake. It was not correct. We had requested a specific icing. They could not provide it. I asked why they did not call so we could make other arrangements. They called someone from the bakery to come to Cust. Svs. She said they did try to call. Obviously they did not call nor leave a message. Then she called a manager over to assist. At no point was I arrogant or rude. Just wanted them to admit not calling. But no one did. Including the manager. He repeatedly insisted on saying "WE DO NOT GIVE FREE CAKES". My employees would love A FREE CAKE IN THEIR BREAK ROOM if you don't want this. I don't know where that came from. I never asked for a free cake. I am not an Immigrant wanting freebies. I work hard and pay for everything I need. I was so humiliated by his remarks in front of the other customers. Then he said what can we do for you. I just looked at him. At this point I said can you take something off. He agreed to $5,00 off a $70 cake. I left feeling horrible from his remarks. Had I more time I know he would be the one who was humiliated from his lack of professionalism. What ever happened to I am sorry we messed up by not calling you. Or Customer is always right. Publix has always been my place to shop. I may need to rethink this.

Publix is the excellent Super Market for shopping groceries, meat, bakery, Alchohol beverages and ready food. I enjoy going there for shopping. The workers are very helpful and highly respect the customers and the check out is fast and easy. All the produce, meat. Bakery and ready food are fresh.
