Horrible.Humiliating and rude..Yolanda specifically is a mean spirited uncompassionate person. I am on disability.its alot for me to even get to Helps Outreach.i called and made an appointment and I asked for help with food and clothing..after going to the food room with a very helpful woman I asked about the clothes and she refused telling me to make another appointment on another day..i told I cannot afford to come another day and she responded that it's not her problem pproblem. said sh

This place is wonderful for people in need. Dont charge for anything furniture clothes and food. Yolanda is super. The place is very clean and the helper is very placed. But we need help to quit this place. I recommend the churches to come and check the job we do. Pray for this wonderful place. Thank you.

The truth is that they should change the receptionist Yolanda is a rude lady and she likes to humiliate people. The other day I went I was crying from the back of my neck. I feel so bad and humiliated like that day I know that one is in need but it is for the case that she is like that with people. And furthermore, I believe that as a believer in our Lord Jesus Christ she should not act like this and they are in front of her on top of the roof. There are the 10 commandments. And she, according to me, says that one has to give as an offering. She wants one to put in enough money. It's not fair. She herself says that what Nazca should give her heart and when she puts in 15, she wants them to put in more. It's not So
