Reasons I wont be returning to Pilar for a facial: cancelling our initial appointment, being 20 minutes late for our plan B appointment, dermaplaning the entire arch of my eyebrow off (it still hasnt grown back), no massage/extractions, she used paper towels on my face each time she removed product instead of face/washcloths, the previously clearly agreed upon dermaplaning facial price was doubled at my time of checkout (despite my having gone direct to her as requested instead of Groupon)and we had to negotiate pricing! Crazy! everything about my experience seemed unprofessional. I wont be going back.

Pilar is great! Ive had two separate treatments done by her and my skin looks glowing and healthy. I highly recommend her.

I found this salon on Groupon and Pilar was very kind and flexible scheduling me with my hectic schedule. She is professional and efficient. I have done a Obagi chemical peel, 2 Microneedling sessions and my skin is looking great. With my new Obagi and SkinCeutical products and treatments my skin looks better than ever.

Thanks to Pilar and her expertise, my skin looks better and better each time she works with me. I have found her to be very informative and helpful and very respectful of me and my decisions. I highly recommend anyone who wants to improve the appearance of their skin to make an appointment with Pilar.

Extremely unprofessional business. From making an appointment, to showing up for a scheduled appointment to the actually service has left me shocked. I had to call multiple times to make an appointment and all but once did I get the answer "I have to call you back" with no return phone call. When I am finally scheduled and arrive for my first appointment of 2 I was rushed, constantly being upsold and overall felt like I was an inconvenience as a customer. I receive a phone call the day before my 2nd appointment telling me that it has been canceled and needs to be rescheduled. A month goes of me calling several times and leaving voicemails to reschedule with no answer. Finally after a month she picks up and I am immediately told "I will call you back", I proceed to call back later that afternoon and after several minutes of back and forth being told the spa is closed for the summer, that I didn't show up for my appointment, we can only do this time, I can't do that time anymore finally agree on a day and time. When I showed up for my appointment the door was locked. When I called she proceeded to tell me that my appointment was for the day before but if I could wait 20 minutes she would be there. She did not show up in 20 minutes. I would recommend looking for a more professional spa to spend your money and time at.
