Last year I had two cases of wine shipped via FedEx from California to Naples, to be held at Pak Mail, an authorized FedEx Ship Center, to be picked up by me upon delivery. When I went there, I discovered that they were charging a fee to people to pick up each of their packages. In my case, they wanted $25 per case, or $50 to ransom my own stuff. Unheard of! I refused and called FedEx headquarters, whereupon I was informed that this was, indeed, illegal, but though they opened an investigation and went through the motions for a week, in the end, they did nothing, and I paid the ransom to keep my wine from spoiling. Caveat Emptor if use use this place.

This business is a rip off. I paid for maximum PO Box service, unlimited so they said.
I cancelled in December, still got charged, also called to cancel, and was hung up on. Just got charged again for January! We are disputing with our credit card company but you need to stay away!!!!

My experience at this Pak Mail establishment was appalling.
I had 5 pieces of simple standard envelope mail that needed to be post marked with the date and dropped in the mail. The owner tried to justify charging me over $10 per piece of mail to have the date on the envelope with tracking and I responded accordingly, letting the owner know that I did not need tracking and only needed postage with the date on each envelope.
In no way would I pay $10/piece of mail for 5 standard envelopes when it cost anywhere between $1.15 - $2.35 at the post office.
After I expressed my need for the date to be on all of my envelopes for the second or third time, The owner responded with "fine", and proceeded to tell me it would cost over $4.00/envelope with the date to be on the label.
Even though this was still over-priced (I do understand inflating prices to make a profit, however this place is price gouging), I paid the price for convenience and peace of mind that my envelopes would be off in the mail on time with the date posted on each envelope.
After taking my payment, I asked to check my envelopes to make sure the date was on the label. Low-and behold there was no date on the label. No information at all actually. I asked him where the date was and he told me the date was on my receipt. The receipt didn't specify what the mail was or where it was going within the US (no information at all).
Longer story short, the owner continuously argued with me and disregarded my needs as a customer. He kept repeating to me how he knows best and what I said I needed did not matter.
I asked for all my envelopes back that I had paid the postage for so I could take them to the post office to get post marked with the date the following day and the owner still argued with me over getting my mail back from him.
I will never return to this place. The owner/family working are rude, argumentative and do not care what your needs are as they supposedly know best overall and could care less about helping their customers.
I will not support local businesses that do not value their customers as there are plenty of other local businesses/business owners that take pride in helping anyone who walks through their door.
