This has been the most stressful situation with renting a storage unit. If i could rate them lower than 1 star I would. Beware and PLEASE DO NOT STORE YOUR BELONGINGS AT STORAGE SENSE. I had my entire 4br home 🏡 belongings stored here and it's has been destroyed with rat 🐀 feces and urine on the mattress, sofa, couch, chair. Mold on the bed head and foot boards, as well as my clothes. PICTURES DO NOT LIE, SEE FOR YOURSELF.

I rented a climate controlled unit for $638 per month and on 7/29/31 I discovered that the A/C was not working. I called and went to the property manager Napolean on 7/29/23, gave him a key and was told on 7/31/23 that the unit needed a new A/C . Gus the General Manager wouldn't approve the new unit and I had to drive every week from the east coast of Florida to check on my storage as NO ONE would call me back with an update. I have documents proving each call to customer care weekly with no resolution. Chris the regional manager NEVER called me at my request.

I knew that my belongings could not continue to be stored in these hot conditions, therefore Ibhad to hire a moving company on 9/5/23 to remove my belongings and I want you to look at how my belongings were destroyed as they were left in a non climate controlled unit due to the AC NOT FUNCTIONING for 6 weeks.

Dead rats, cockroachs, mold.....just discussing. For over 5 weeks I pleaded with storage sense to get the issue resolved before my things were ruined and NO ONE HELPED ME. I will be posting about this on social media., and ALL platforms to alert the public that if you care about your belongings DO NOT RENT A UNIT HERE. They had a lack of concern, nonchalant attitude, and just disregard the issues I had.

The manager Dexter was very helpful, friendly, patient, and very affable! We went in looking to get a unit but not really understanding the basics and different sizes of how they work and how rent works. Dexter patiently explained everything to us and helped us decide which unit we wanted to go with. He had great customer service and we will definitely be happy doing business with storage sense!

Dexter was great, showed me around the property and was able to answer all my questions, I would highly recommend this place. They even have u-haul on site

We have been using this storage space for several years now. The last managers had parking situated and Uhauls were rarely an issue. The managers have been replaced and now it is very difficult to find parking and to load / unload tools from my rollup door unit. What is the point of paying the premium fee for this unit when I can't use it for what I need???
Disappointing especially when there is a large gated area where they can store these trucks. Instead the inconvenience is passed onto us.
