        The instructions in accessing the unit were not clear. The map looked like they were ground level accessed from parking lot. Manager happened to be on site but didnt greet us or ask us if we needed help. He just said you need to move the trailer . He said we didnt have it parked in a designated parking space. Neither was his personal vehicle. We were not in the flow of traffic. We could not get the mag lock doors to stay open while moving. It IS a wonderful facility and appears to be very secure. I hope these suggestions help someone else. Thank you.
