Had a flat concrete tile roof installed in 2021. Had a color problem about a year later, well within the warranty. Tried to call Tyler, the owner, MANY, MANY times to ask him a few questions. At first, he was very slow returning text messages, emails or phone calls. After a certain length of time, did not respond at all to any calls, messages, etc!! Have given up! Never did answer my initial color question!!! Did a good job on installation, but if it is important to talk to him about ANYTHING OR if returning calls, messages, etc is important to you , then I would recommend you use someone else. Tyler and his crew more than exceeded expectations. The whole roof installation process from initial conversation to final inspection was around 1 month. The crew showed up on time every single day. Tyler communicated with us through the entire project and would personally come out and make sure things were going smoothly. The crew always cleaned up thoroughly. On top of all of this, their quote was the most competitive of all the roofers we spoke to. We would 100% us Masterpiece Roofing again. Service: Roof installation

We hired Tyler and his crew to put a new roof on after hurricane Ian. They were amazing! They showed up on time and worked so hard. Tyler answered the phone calls himself and responded very quickly. They did an amazing job. Tyler takes pride in his companys work and it shows. We will definitely call Tyler again if we need anything at all!!
