I have worked with Mr. Tiefenbach on multiple occasions. He hasn't been anything less than progressional in everything that he does. He has taken care of my clients for over 3 years, regarding it being appraisals or if you're in the market looking for a place to live. I will continue doing business with this company and I've never encountered time issues regarding Mr. Tiefenbach! If anything thank you for being so responsive and taking care of my clients.

This company did the appraisal of one of my properties that was for sale. Jeffrey P Tiefenbach showed up at the house and was there for less than 10 minutes, he took some photographs and left, he didn't even looked at the entire property. He also smelled of alcohol as if he had a hangover. The appraisal was late,even the bank had to contact him after a few days of the due date. After all, the appraisal was way too low and it didn't even take into consideration any upgrades. Avoid this company at all cost, find yourself a knowledgeable company who will actually take their time doing an appraisal, and that are not going through a hangover from the night before.
