Has multiple listings online with different addresses all showing the same pictures. When I called the person was very rude then passed along a cell number for me to call and that was a wrong number. Not sure if this is a scam or what the deal is but its not typical to have to chase around a realtor to buy thier home...

Tried reaching out to the broker and listing agent multiple times in regards to an apartment for lease, very hard to get ahold of someone and person who answers the phone was very rude! I'm sure there are many other brokers in Naples with better business practices!

Rented a 4/2 bath from Naples realty Ive work with Maranda Wyatt the entire time I rented for a year Ive always kept up with the up kept of the home so when they decided to sell the home and I had to move I was told I wouldnt receive none of my deposit back like I said the home was always kept up well I do no the carpet needed to be cleaned the handle on the screen door am also the glass slide door blinds needed replace I was told that I was charge for all those things which I have no problem with so $250 carpet cleaning fee $250 dog fee because I never paid that for my dog which is understandable I was told the gate key because I forgot to turn it in I was being charged a day of rent for 14 days even though my key was turned in on time I was being charged this for the gate key I also was told I was being charge for a lot of miscellaneous repairs and also a pest control fee when its mandatory the owner should have the home pest control after every tenant moves out a unit my deposit I never received any of it an told I was not entitled to any of it I just find this hard to believe because I kept up with the home and Maranda always stress that to me I was a great tenant and she even hated to loose me as a tenant I am very disappointed the photos below are the after I moved photos as you can see the carpet does need cleaning but the home is in great condition
