We wanted to extend our thanks for all of your help through the process of finding a condo in Naples! You were the perfect Naples realtor for 2 engineers.you were detailed and analytical in all of your responses. We were always so appreciative of your quick response to our questions and your unlimited patience to give us all the time we needed to look through different properties and talk through all of our questions. Your visits to condos giving us FaceTime tours were extremely helpful.and your honest feedback instead of sales pitches was very much appreciated. Your market analysis on different properties was always so thorough and complete with comparable listings. You did your research to get us an early opportunity to purchase within the Ritz-Carlton Naples Residences and the Ritz-Carlton Estero Bay which provided the best possible pricing and selection. Your extra legwork to understand pet policies at all of the various condos was very much appreciated, especially by our dog Rufus! You also had great creative ideas on how to reconfigure different layouts to help design a better floor plan. My personal favorite was when we tried to get the height of the building near the Ritz-Carlton Naples Residences using trigonometry .you have got be the first realtor to do that! And Toms personal favorite would have to be your sunset appthat took all of the guess work out of where we would have the best sunsets! We really feel like we found the perfect spot for us and we know we couldnt have done it without you! You arent done with us yet thoughnow we need to get a few of our other friends to invest down there!

Having Matt market and sell my property was exactly what I had hoped for. The ultimate professional, he took additional steps prior to putting the property on the market to assure a smooth transaction and no last-minute surprises that might kill a deal. When he found a couple permits contractors had not closed, he informed me right away and offered help. I found Matt's value analysis to be complete, professional, and well researched and derived. And his advice during price negotiations with the buyer was sound and unbiased. I cant speak highly enough about Matt Brown and the excellence he delivers as a Naples realtor! Ive worked with several realtors in the past, and I can tell you Matt is in the top 1% of the profession. And, I say profession, because thats exactly what he isa true professional. I reached out to Matt about a year ago after finding him online when searching for a Naples real estate agent. I still recall my first experience interacting with Matt. He set the tone for the entire buying experience. He was very quick to respond to my inquiry and later that day we had a long conversation as I had a lot of questions about Naples and the housing market. I was immediately impressed with his knowledge of the area! He then followed that conversation with an email recapping all we talked about with some suggested next steps. Matt was able to put me on a path that sent our family in the right direction. Knowing very little about the area, especially when it comes to the housing market, we were looking for a guide to help us make the best decisions for our family. Matt was very patient with us and took a lot of time to understand our family dynamics, our goals, our priorities, and our preferences in a home. He created a search for us that was very customized to our needs. We planned a visit to Naples in June of 2023 to tour some homes and communities that Matt helped us identify as a good fit. Not only did he help us with our house search, but he made sure that our visit to Naples would include an opportunity to explore the best of what Naples had to offer. He sent us a list of all the things we might want to check out or do while in town: beaches, restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. A family favorite was when Matt discovered we had a common interest in boating, and he helped us find the best place to rent a boat to visit Keewaydin Island. This is a must do experience for anyone who enjoys boating and beaches! After our June visit, we determined that as much as we love Naples, it wasnt the right timing to make a full-time move. So, we pivoted to searching for a home that would be a second home. Our needs and preferences changed, and Matt was very patient and understanding as we took the time to discover what we really wanted and needed in a second home. At all times, we felt like Matt wanted what was best for our family, and he never pushed anything on us. We very much appreciated his patience and flexibility with us throughout this process. We ultimately found the perfect second home for us, and Matt was fantastic throughout the negotiations, inspections, and closing process. Matt is very well connected and has been a great resource when it comes to finding service providers or contractors that we can count on. I also want to point out that Matt consistently exceeded our expectations with every step of the process. I would ask a question, and he would answer it very quickly and always with a detailed and thoughtful response. Often, he would offer more than just a response to our question and point out things we hadnt even thought of. Matt is the epitome of someone who goes above and beyond whats expected. Bottom line: Matt is very knowledgeable about the Naples housing market and the Naples lifestyle. He genuinely cares about his clients and looks out for their best interests. If you are new to the area, you will find that he is well connected and a trusted resource when looking for recommendations.
