We LOVE Samantha Cole! Sam listened to our needs and was very patient with us as it took us 4 years to find the perfect spot. We started looking at a certain price point and kept upping it. She kept us informed of opportunities but she never made us feel as if we were wasting her time. We never felt pressured. Once we were in contract, Sam kept us in the loop of all that we were required to do but she also attended all of our inspections as well as our walk through. I would recommend Sam to anyone who was in need of expert advise.
