We first met Shannon in 2008 when we were looking for a vacation property in Naples. She was helpful, knowledgeable about the Naples real estate market, ahead of her peers when it came to technology and always responsive. She helped us find exactly what we wanted at a fair price. In 2020 we decided to sell our condo and buy a house but because of COVID we were not able to travel to Naples. We had a few offers late in 2020 but she encouraged us to wait for a better offer. We followed her advice and were not disappointed when we finally sold in early 2021. Shannon helped us get the move organized virtually and found us a home to suit our new needs all without coming to Naples. When we arrived for the closing, we were pleasantly surprised at how wonderful the property is. We would highly recommend Shannon for your real estate needs in Naples.
