We recently purchased a home in Ave Maria. Sara Callahan was the agent we used to purchase it. One of the best experiences I have ever had with a true professional realtor. After several home purchases four of them in Florida, I was kept informed throughout the process. Sara was a available at all times and quickly resolved any questions that needed answers. I would highly recommend that anyone considering buying a home in the Ave Maria area give Sara a call.

Little to no/communication other than emailing internet listings of lots that had been sold in my area. I was selling a home, not a lot of land. Very Pretentious woman who holds herself in high regard! Didnt tell me about first home offer as she knew it wouldnt be accepted. Then later, she emailed that I was letting it stagnate. Uninformed about facts concerning the care of the home (closing and locking 2 sliders prior to hurricane). Other agent had to step in and handle matters, thank Heaven. My daughter discovered the garage door unlocked twice! Two stars because her partner was polite and helpful. Avoid MVP. Or at the very least, be extremely careful picking your agent.
