Every time I have ever dealt with Larry or any one that works with/for him they have been extremely over the top rude. Must be a bad energy that runs through that whole office. If you list your house with him, I can guarantee any interested client that reaches out he will treat them with not only poor customer service, but down right rude and off putting.

We discovered a taste for Naples real estate in the summer of 2022. So far, we have done three purchases and one sale through Larry Roorda. All were handled with ease. We found Larry and his team to be professional and accommodating. Helen and Stephanie are quick to get offers in front of sellers and relay info to us as needed to get contracts to the table and closed. They are happy to work after hours to make sure things move smoothly. Larry and Helen even helped us secure one of our properties after some minor wind damage was caused by hurricane Ian. Kudos!

Wow, we felt so fortunate to have found Rock Roorda and his father, Larry, in our search for the perfect condominium in Naples. Rock listened to our wants/needs and spent time showing us properties and getting clearer on the more emotional aspects of our real estate desires. We found the perfect place! It was a more complicated purchase working with a seller in the Middle East, so having Larry on the team with his experience and contacts was necessary. My husband and I found both men to be very professional, but also enjoyable, and well-supported by their in-office team. I recommend them with great confidence!

I made an offer on a property listed by Larry well after the real estate bubble popped and he did not even as much as acknowledge or respond to the offer. I found his lack of common courtesy of communication unprofessional.
