I am a seasonal resident of a community managed by Cambridge Management. Over our 9 years of residency we have had several significant issues over the weekend and while we were away. I have found Cambridge Management and especially Danielle to be responsive and professional. Our condo association switched to Cambridge recently and I cannot be more delighted. They are quick to respond to requests, answer their phones and if unavailable at that moment, actually call back reasonably quickly. I was guided quickly and easily through an ARB request, which was wonderful. Having worked with other local management companies (and a not so local one), I genuinely believe this was an excellent move by our current Board. A final note: Hats off to Sal for being so easy to work with!
