Erin has been absolutely awesome. Always communicating as we work through a few issues with our rental. She arranged service call on Saturday when air cond stopped working recently. She is much appreciated.

Angela Moscato is my property manager. Unfortunately, I have had several issues, some small, some large. Without her, nothing would have happened timely. She is beyond competent and has been my personal angel. Premier needs to acknowledge such a kind and understanding employee. I would love to have the opportunity to speak to her boss. I am so grateful for her.

I have been rent an apartment from this office for two years when I was Leaving after two years, I was asking for my deposit They were just trying to convince me that the apartment needed renovation, and there were no problems that needed renovation. Over time, they sent me a letter to sign, and it seemed like a threat: Either I accept, or they will sue me in court. Over time, they no longer answered my calls, and every time they said: When the owner of the apartment responds to us, we will contact you. This has been since 7/31/2023 until now. I have not been able to recover even part of the deposit, and when I used to go to the office, the door was always locked and no one from inside responded. This is all that happened. Actually, if there is less than one star, I will choose it.
