We have ongoing issues with lack of response to questions needing to be answered. When challenged they get very defensive and almost bully the HOA they are supposed to be working for. Courtney seems to shut out those she does not want to talk to and goes around the HOA President to get approvals. There seems to be an attitude that they can do as they want with no repercussions. They are suppose to manage and assist, not create walls. Call to leave a message with your CAM and get a response that their mailbox is full and not taking messages. Not very good customer service in my opinion.

Five stars to Anchor's great receptionist Nancy who is very friendly, helpful and efficient. She follows through when I need help, and Anchor is lucky to have such a dedicated employee. She is the face of the company, and I hope she is appreciated there!

Had water and mold damage from backed up air conditioning drainage line this summer. Upon my return saw extensive damage. I paid to have mold remediation done_wallboard, doors and frames, vanity and sink torn out, bedroom carpeting removed, etc. With that work done I would like to commence repairs. Left messages with Kevin several times, including pictures, but he has refused to return my calls. My neighbor said his insurance company wanted him to get in touch with Kevin, but again he has ignored the request. Ignoring them really does not make problems go away.

Extremely frustrating company to work with. They run our community like a dictatorship harping constantly on everyone about rules/regulations/fees/payments. They are quick to demand money but when they create a problem the management does not answer calls and never call back even when leaving voice mails for multiple days. They have no respect for their clients and seem like they are not interested in maintaining a positive relationship

I have been running a medical office for 6 yrs that is managed by brad and anchor management. Brad consistently ignores big issue around the building. It took them 3 yrs with my electricity flickering and my X-ray unit malfunctioning before they believed me and finally fixed the issue outside. I find out more recently he decided to reduce the frequency that our outside rodent bait stations are managed so we had a rat enter the unit and die in the walls. 3 wks of a rotting rat smell. I notified him immediately and still 3 wks later all he can say is he has a service call out. Here are pics of our bait stations from yesterday. The bait is moldy and toads now live in the stations. My experience w brad or anchor management has not been good.
