        Roderick from pro-Tec was very courteous and thorough. He took his time inspecting all of the plumbing in our condominium. He gave us a detailed list of things that should be changed to make the fixtures working the most efficiently.

        Installed parts well ,but charged for part I purchased. Did not agknowledge the part I supplied. Seems like a bottle club. You buy the correct part Then they charge for it. If pro-tec does not subtract part I purchased. I will have to part from this company. I am a business myself. I will be disappointed. I wrote to them & they ignored my request. ?
