Cant say enough about the capabilities and support provided by my therapist - Dr. C.J. Reed, following a complete reversed shoulder replacement. Knowing when to push for results, having the right equipment to facilitate recovery, and motivating me to succeed were all important factors in my successful recovery. I am a very active 78 year old male. I was having pain in my hip making it difficult to play golf. CJ did an evaluation and determined it was a strength issue and worked with me over six sessions providing a strength and conditioning program. He continued to fine tune the exercises for me and was always available when I had questions. My hip is much stronger and pain free. I am very happy with my experience at the Resilient Athlete Team. The staff is very friendly. They helped me recover from sporadic back pain and are continuing to help me achieve my health and fitness goals to become the best me that I can. The facilities are clean and they keep getting new equipment to help improve their amazing service.

Dr. Nicole is knowledgeable, kind, and thoughtful about what your issue is and how to address it. She meets you where you are at. This is not your typical physical therapy. It is 1-1. Your form is constantly being watched, so you can get better/stronger & heal faster. Come ready to work & be ready to recommend The Resilient Athlete to all your friends.
