Do not use the Naples Florida Costco to get your prescriptions as they do a bait and switch with their good RX coupons. They tell you that you can get a certain price then when you get there they say certain medications they will not honor that price. I will never get my medication or my familys medication from Costco and will recommend no one get their medication from Costco because if they dont accept the coupon then dont make people go out of their way to go there!!

When I arrived to pick up my medication, there was a big line mind you they just opened. The workers all came out to help ring up it went by fast and easy thank you.

I do not have health insurance due to starting a new job. I use GoodRX so I'm able to afford my mental health meds. I called to see if the RX was ready and explained I'm using GoodRX. She said they are ready for pickup. I got there to pic up my meds. They told me they do not use GoodRX anymore because they are loosing money. You have got to be kidding me. I finally have my mental health back in track and because you loose money I couldn't get my meds? I really wanted a membership but not anymore. They will not be getting a single penny from me or my family and friends.

Excelente customer service. Everybody, pharmacists, technicians, tellers try to find a solution for my medications even if they are not cover by my insurance. They have a program which makes medications for uninsured people or medications not covered very affordable
