Very poor service, I sat at the deli for almost 20 minutes until I realized today was one of the days that they are calling numbers instead of taking customers in a line. Sadly I decided not to get any meat from the deli at all and preferred to go to another location besides Publix and probably will go elsewhere from now on. Opposed to that customer service around the store was great stock employees were very helpful in finding items the deli was just a bad experience, so bad in fact Iâ€™m rating just one star.

I ordered two subs yesterday and when I got them they were terrible, I called the company and they said they would give me two replacements. I came back the next day and talked to the deli manager who was very nice and understanding, she gave me two replacements and they were perfect. I'm very glad that we could sort this out, in the end I am very happy. I've shopped at Publix for years, they always have the best deals.
