Miss Matty is the BEST! She cares and treats your pets like her own! She is so kind and loving! I moved from Naples to Fort Myers and I continue to make the drive so my furbabies get the best care!

They tried to give us the wrong dog!! No joking. After waiting for them to located our dog for 20 minutes we insisted on going in back and finding him ourselves. They refused and minutes later they came out with the wrong dog. Beautiful reddish Golden Retriever but not ours. They tried to write it off as having a new employee but that's no excuse. There should be an identification system in place. Had we had a friend or neighbor pick up the dog for us they may have taken home the wrong dog. Makes us question whether they gave him the wrong food. We finally insisted enough that they allowed us to walk in back to see the three Goldens in a pen and we thankfully and instantly found our dog. Bottom line. There are plenty of boarding options in the area. We'll be searching for another.

Stay away from this dog boarding facility by all means. Took my dog there over the holidays hoping I could trust the good reviews. Called during the middle of my dogs stay to check in and make sure she was eating/drinking okay and I was assured over the phone she was doing good, just very "calm". Once I picked her up I realized she definitely did not get fed correctly or wasn't eating her food cause of anxiety. Either way I am very unhappy with the service and will never return to this location ever again. My dog clearly lost weight during her short time there (five days) and I cannot express in words how disappointed/frustrated I am in their lack of concern and care for my best friend. If they were honest with me when I had called them I wouldn't be as upset. Please stay away from this location. Terrible place to leave your pet. Not good hands. They just want your money and do not have a passion for taking care of dogs. I would do ANYTHING possible to find an alternative. "Sometimes an animal may feel stressed and stop eating, we normally do everything possible to make them eat and one of the methods we have is giving them more love than normal to make them feel more comfortable" Well that certainly wasn't the case with my dog as she is at least 10 pounds lighter now AND I was lied to when I called and asked how she was doing. Stay away from this location for the sake of your dog. Not a trustworthy business.
