Nino is a great instructor. I suffer from plantar fasciitis and he, being aware I was in pain, was prepared to help with my circumstance. What great compassion and I appreciate that. I learned so much in just one session. Thank you Nino, for your kindness and professionalism! ~Anita

I truly enjoyed the fitness challenge. It was such a great idea for our parish! I hope that we do it again. Coach Nino had good videos to go with the challenge each week-best of all he did them with his daughter!

My girlfriend and I just finished the 30 Day Live Longer Better Challenge. It was a lot of fun with Nino's encouragement. And, even though we're both "seniors", we decided to participate in the Paint Run 5k. We had the slowest time, but suspect we had at least as much fun as everyone else. Thanks for all the encouragement to stay active and have fun doing it! We are northern Snowbirds who look forward to coming down to Naples each year to become rejuvenated.
