I am a totally satisfied customer. The in home training that I receive is customized specifically for me. I have been seeing steady progress from week to week in reaching my health and fitness goals. My trainer wears a mask and booties, maintains social distancing. And, after our workout, he sanitizes all of the equipment we used prior to putting it back in the van. If you haven’t tried this service, I strongly suggest that you do. I’m confident that the investment I am making will pay huge dividends to me for many years to come.

I recently used GYMGUYZ SW Florida and had a wonderful trainer who helped me work on strength and overall fitness for twelve sessions over six weeks. It was great to work out in the safety and privacy of my own home and, best of all, each workout was geared toward my individual needs. I have experienced significant pain and discomfort in recent years due to sports-related injuries that occurred when I was younger as well as a serious car accident seven years ago. My trainer was adamant about ensuring I was not performing exercises that would exacerbate this pain and she designed each workout to maximize my results. She always followed up to see how I was feeling and to confirm every appointment. I feel healthier and stronger than I have in a while and have continued to perform the workouts necessary to not only maintain but improve upon my overall health and fitness. This has been a wonderful experience for me. My sessions were never boring and the equipment used was always cleaned and sanitized. GYMGUYZ definitely has my endorsement for those seeking a personalized fitness regimen in the comfort of their own homes.
