November update: the office did call me back and I was happy with the experience after the call. They are making some changes to how they run things so I hope other parents will benefit from it. Revising my review from 1star that I previously gave this place. ################ My daughter had an emergency and after her visit to NCH they referred me to dr. Kinjal Suryawala. Ive been calling and leaving them messages for 3 days straight now with no success. Horrendous customer service and they clearly dont care about the sick kids. Shame on you!

They only let 1 person in with the child in the exam room, which is devastating to parents and children. Absolute garbage policy.

My daughter's pediatrician referred us, so can see a nose doctor. He told me he send in the referral but, I have to wait a day to call them. Just to give them enough time to receive the referral. The next day I received a call from them but, couldn’t take it cause of work. They left me a voicemail saying that they have the referral and need to set an appointment time. I call them she swear that they didn’t call me and they couldn’t find the referral in the system. She claimed that I was making stuff up about them calling me. I don’t know what’s going on with that office but they need to get their stuff together. No one had a note saying that they called me.

We took our son to have his ears checked. He eventually had his tubes put in. The Dr. Was great and patient. The only gripe I have is the girls who set up the appointments. They are unorganized. Otherwise, the Drs. We've had have been great. I've no idea how people could come on here and give 2 stars. Obviously a miscommunication or a language barrier. They do have employees who speak different languages to help. This is a great place to take your child.
