It's been over 9 hours since my adult daughter submitted her intake. I could have waited in the ER by this time! I spoke to a customer service rep 2 hours ago, who promised her a call within an hour or 2. Again, no call, no follow up. And now customer service is closed!!! This service is terrible!!! I would give it 0 stars if I could! Shes suffering from a sinus infection, and I stupidly trusted this service instead of MD Live

Terrible service. They didnt give me any medication. They took my money and said I paid them to tell me I didnt need medication for a sinus infection. DO NOT USE!!!!!! They are a scam!!!

Horrific experience for a simple UTI. Now it will be a struggle getting refunded. What was supposed to be 2 hours ended up being AFTER I gave up and went to Urgent care. Amazon uses 3rd parties who do not seem to communicate well with them.

The service is excellent, and Dr. Hussein is a distinguished doctor and is proficient in his work. The hotel service is high-end, and the delivery services are responsible. Rollin is the pinnacle of upscale treatment and positive communication.
