I expressed my concerns to the doctor about why I would not continue administering vaccines to my 13th y/o daughter because she has had serious health issues and I was afraid it would impact her chronic condition even more. My daughter has also a vaccine exemption from the state of Florida . The doctor was too narrow minded to understand, and instead removed my daughter from the practice. It had no incentive for him to keep her in his practice, because how are they going to make money if they dont get kickbacks from big Pharma on the vaccines that they sell at the expense of my child's health?

Ask Dr. V about vaccine side effects and documented neurological damage. I dare you. Oh and collier county finally removing toxic flouride from their water. Something he fought hard to prevent years ago. So glad this town is vocalizing and winning back healthly options for our kids! #CleanWaterForAll

If I could give this practice 10 stars I would! Every single doctor & nurse we have seen has been amazingly kind to me and my boy. Questions asked through the portal are answered in a matter of a few hours & very thorough. Dr. Shepard is fantastic & while I havent met Dr. Vedder personally he took the time on a Sunday morning at 7AM!! To explain to me what I can do about my sons condition. These people go above & beyond. I also have nothing negative to say about office staff. They have always been polite & even squeezed me in when I had to reschedule an appointment.

The front office is rude and unprofessional! They choose who they want as patients. My son had a horrible experience when he got his 3 vaccines. They had no patience. Held him down and gave them all to him. After that they rushed us out of the office because they were closing. My son was still crying too. Will not recommend this office to anyone! The lady upfront with the bald head is the absolute worst! If you dont like your job then switch!

My wife called from NICU with our FIRST newborn child. Serena, the head nurse was rude, wouldnt help her and didnt care that she needed an apt to get discharged from the NICU. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone and I will make sure all the other parents know it too.
