        Ordered and paid for couches to be delivered to our wedding venue at the JW Marriott on Marco Island. The couches never showed up to our event. Our coordinator provided them when a map of the location but when they arrived the delivery people didn't have this information. Unfortunately they didn't reach out to me and delivered them to the wrong wedding at the same venue. I reached out to them to ask for a refund and was essentially told they delivered them and it wasn't their fault. Very disappointing. FOLLOW UP: My husband called back in late December 2021 to have a "civil" conversation as requested. Was told the owner wasn't there and he'd call him back. Still waiting for that call back and it's now April 2022. Not very professional. October 2023: Still no call, still no refund.

      Hello Dave,It is very unfortunate that the location for your event was not communicated properly at the time of delivery and were unable to place your delivery in the correct location, and that we were unable to contact your contacts for this event on the day of. Your Items were Absolutely delivered and Absolutely confirmed with the venue for placement multiple times. I did try to discuss this with you when you called the day after your event, but unfortunately you were much too angry to do much more than yell at my staff and repeatedly hang up, and hence this is why we were unable to come to a resolution. AT NO TIME WERE YOU EVER TOLD NO ONE WOULD WORK WITH YOU IN RESOLVING THIS ISSUE, but again You were much too angry to talk and get to the bottom of this issue. We always recommend you receiving the delivery yourself when you book direct , as a lot gets lost when a third party is involved and is not responsible for the billing. When you have a moment we would appreciate a CIVIL call to discuss.
