This was a disaster from start to finish. The older guy who runs the place is completely disorganized and incompetent. Was initially told my cushions would be ready in 1 month, three months later still not ready and they had lost the order. Gene (owner) will do anything to make you go away, never returns calls despite effusive promises to do so. Finally stopped answering phone altogether. When cushions were finally completed they were all the wrong size and couldnt be used. Ive never experienced anything like this in my life and strongly recommend that you avoid this place at all costs. If I thought mine was an isolated experience I probably would not write this review, however every time time I went to the shop there was a different angry customer in there complaining. Disaster!

We are thrilled with our newly covered cushions. The office manager, Amy, stayed on top of our project and within a week of dropping off our cushions, we had them back. Not only is their work top quality but they were all a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend them.
