We wanted to stick with this group after Dr. Potter passed away. However, we've noticed the following things that will influence our finding another provider: - frequently changing office policies, - charging exhorbitant amounts of money just for *requesting* labwork, only to turn around and - charge exhorbitant amounts for the labwork itself, and - the lack of communication between office personnel.I'm very disappointed in this group.

Yvette is truly the most caring person Ive met. I cant even begin to express my gratitude for her and staff at YOUnique. She takes her time to make sure that my husband is doing OK and not feeling depressed with having cancer again. She always wants updates from his oncology Doctor so she can be up to date on his cancer diagnosis and treatment plan and that shows how much she cares for her patients and family. We truly are blessed and thankful for everything she does for us. If you want someone that cares about you and wants nothing but the best health for you then she truly is that person. Youre a blessing to so many people. You are an amazing provider. Thank you . JC & CC

Phenomenal experience. Super clean office, friendly front desk staff, and Yvette is really great to work with. Cant say enough good things about this practice.

The initial telemedicine consultation went well, the doctor acknowledged my concerns and was very positive. This is where the positive experience ended. Afterwards I contacted the office to make payment for my consult and required lab work. I waited a week for the lab work information before calling their office. I was told it had been sent to my email address, I had been checking my inbox and spam daily and did not receive the information. The next time I called I was told I could just call the lab and did, they had no record of my information. After using the web based email app on their site I finally received the lab request and then my phone messages were spammed by either their system or the wonderful assistant that answers their phones. I called the day after my lab work because the lab technician stated that testing would be completed by the next morning. Again, I called the office, the assistant told me it would be two weeks before the results would be available and they would call me to schedule my appointment. The results were completed five days after the testing, I waited almost three weeks before calling the office, I had to leave a message. I tried to contact and schedule the next appointment eleven times. I found another Dr. and was able to schedule the appointment the next day.

Wow! I have lived in Naples for 40 years and I have seen. I cant even count how many Drs I have seen, , but a lot. My son had a appointment with Dr Ivette Planes last week and I sat in the room with him. I could tell within the first five minutes how much we really liked her, and how comfortable she made you feel right off the bat. My son doesnt go to Drs unless its serious. He has always been so nervous about going to see a Dr. I cant tell you how she presented herself, listened to my son explain his situation, she spent close to a hour with him.. (you dont come across too many doctors that spend that much time with you) they usually want to rush you out. All of the staff were just as great. I made a appointment for myself on the way out.She is definitely going to be my main Dr from now on. My son cant wait to go back lol shes funny too and her smile just makes you feel like your talking to your best friend. Thank you Dr. Planes and staff, see you soon!
