        I have tried over and over and over to get in touch with someone about a membership I had back in 2017. No one has contacted me back, and my card has been charged for a membership every year. When i try and get in touch with someone to let them know I moved and to politely refund my account and take me off as a member, I have been ignored and its happening again. Very address I find to click off takes me to an error message, I have called and left messages, I have emailed, I have messaged their Facebook page... I am extremely upset and disappointed in their lack of communication. Only thing left to do now is file a claim on my credit card to stop the charges.
