The care my Mom received during her final days was beyond wonderful, compassionate and caring. Her care givers also cared for me and my sister -compassionately explaining what and why for everything Since her death, I have been on the bereavement teams radar, receiving regular emails and check-ins.

This hospice house is so very well thought out for the patient and their family. I can't say enough good things, if your loved one qualifies they take excellent care of everyone who crosses their threshold. It is with soft meditative music, each room has a screened lanai, large enough to wheel out the bed if the patient so wishes, calm atmosphere, lots of nursing staff. They acknowledged my Father's military service with a certificate that they read aloud to him, saluted him and had a Fleece blanket with the Navy emblem on it. This is the kindness and respect we should be treated with when we leave this earth.

Such an incredible experience. My family and I will forever be thankful for all they did for my father while he was in his last days of life. A true blessing to have them in our community. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

If our family could give 10 stars we would in a heartbeat.
First let me start off by thanking Barbara the nurse that came to our home to evaluate my uncle. She went above and beyond to get him in same day. She was Thorough, compassionate and caring during the beginning process. Cindy for her care for my uncle during his last days and calling us immediately when things began to decline. Also to his social worker Natalie for her kind words and wanting to get to know him and who he was and what he liked.
Secondly, I would like to say we are so blessed to have been recommended Avow especially after having the worst experience with another company I will not name (I already left them a review).
From the initial phone call we knew we made the right choice.
He was qualified for hospice care at their facility. Let me tell you, this facility is gorgeous, beautiful lakes, the rooms are spotless everything from the front to the rooms was welcoming and felt like home. The nurses at the front desk greeted us with smiles and were very sweet. They let you stay with your loved one 24 hours a day. They even let you bring your pet (as long as they behave lol..)
As soon as my uncle arrived they started his pain medications and had him very comfortable. They bathed him and even shaved him (he hated having hair on his face lol.) They explained EVERYTHING and answered ALL of our questions.
They kept us updated through it all. We are eternally grateful to have found you AVOW and you will always have a place in our hearts. Truly thank you from Arnaldo Lopez and family.
