Have a Queen Sleep number with a solid base that doesn't take corners well? These are the guys to get the job done! They were super responsive, respectful, professional, AFFORDABLE and quick! Thank you BOOSKA we can finally sleep in our bedroom! We will definitely be calling BOOSKA for our next move!

This was my 2nd experience using Booska movers. It goes without mention my first experience went very well so I called for the next. Kenny, Andrew and Aaron provided exceptional support and care for our belongings. They're respectful, professional hard workers that are pleasant to work with on a stressful move-in day. Highly recommend using their services. An all around great experience.

Our recent move from Naples to Maryland was by far the worst I've had in 25 years of moving all over the country. PROBLEM 1: Received an in-person estimate but spent weeks trying to contact them for a final move date. They were evasive and unresponsive to the point where we started looking at other companies. PROBLEM 2: When the movers arrived they came with a truck that was too small for our items. This created a BIG problem for us as we got our things on two separate dates on two different trucks over a month apart. They stored the overflow in their warehouse with our mattress and other furniture left unwrapped and exposed. The truck with the first delivery broke down in North Carolina delaying the first shipment by over a week. PROBLEM 3: The charged us DOUBLE of the initial quote, then tried to lie and say we changed our inventory when we know nothing had changed since the estimator came to the house. PROBLEM 4: They arrived with our second shipment over a month later, then charged us an additional $3000 after telling us the amount we paid the month before covered those items and the second shipment. PROBLEM 5: One of the managers of the company threated to call the police on my wife when she was on the phone trying to resolve the overcharge. PROBLEM 6: The first group of drivers that picked up our items look like they'd come straight from a homeless shelter. They took 30 minute long smoke breaks and were incredibly slow loading our items onto the truck. When they realized they were running out of time later in the day, another group of 5 men had to come and help them finish the job. The driver had a horrible attitude and whined and complained the entire time, blaming the packing my wife and I did for slowing him down. Keep in mind, everything was boxed and stacked in each garage. They had no reason to go into the house other than to bring some furniture down to the truck. They are deceptive, unprofessional scam artists. They were recommended in Naples by a few people, but one thing I came to realize living down there was to take recommendations from others with a grain of salt. Reputable, honest businesses that aren't trying to scam you in Florida are rare has hens teeth. Even though they are based in Vermont, the have a Naples office and that is who we dealt with the majority of the time. The lone bright spot? Their driver Jamie. He's a hard-working honest guy, and I wish we'd had him and his truck from the beginning. After reading all of this and you still decide you want to use them, ask for Jamie and no one else to move your stuff. Otherwise.... AVOID THIS COMPANY at all costs.

Great company, I have used them twice now. Always show up as scheduled and do a great job. I recommend them to all my friends and family.
