Took my truck there to get a tune a while back now I'm having issues with my truck not sure what it can be could be the timing could be something as simple as injector been calling for months and leaving my number I never get a call back I just called,they called me back and left me a message saying to go buy another truck what kind of answer is that.I will never go back to that place or recommend it to anyone that's prob why I'm having problems with my truck cause of there tune very unprofessional if I could put negative stars I would

Home of 100% horrible attitude and 0% customer service after you pay them!! Horrible customer service from both Floyd and his female office manager. There are better places to go!! Dont waste your time or sanity on these people! I will never go back. They put in a LED headlight bulb yesterday, which was easily accessible, and adjusted my passing lights (which were too low) taking 30 minutes and charged $110. ($40 LED bulb) I tried to check the lights when I picked up the motorcycle, but felt I was being rushed out of there by Floyd and had to check my light alignment against the wall in the parking lot. Since it was daytime, I couldnt see them well. I had the motorcycle out that night to get a good look. Both the headlights and passing lights were too low. I called them and they could not take 15 minutes to help me. I was paying them originally for the customer service (not their expertise. I wanted it dropped off and taken care of. I also wanted the dealer quality LED bulb. You can get them off Amazon. I I was told they were short staffed, were leaving at noon. I got lectures on that it would be great if I would drop everything for them, but they were not dropping everything for me. I told them, I would put that in their review and Floyd doubled down on his people skills and really went after me. I had to hang up the phone because all he, and his office manager, wanted to do was yell at me and berate me and not fix anything. He is paid a lot to fix things.* He is not paying me to be his customer. There is a lot of competition that will take my business. Thanks! So, go there if you want 100% horrible attitude and 0% customer service after you pay them!! * Now, I have to adjust the headlights myself.
