Shannon Cantu is more than a realtor. Hes a wonderful, caring friend now and stuck with us through it all. He always goes the extra mile for everyone. Finding a good realtor, let alone one in a different state, sometimes feels impossible. After searching, we found Shannon. Shannon is exactly what you need. He's extremely honest, and extremely knowledgeable. He listens to what you are specifically looking for and points you in the right direction. If you are remote searching, like we did at the beginning, he creates videos of the places for you after he does the walkthrough. His videos are very professional and allow you to see everything as if you were doing the walkthrough yourself. He also has an extensive network/relationships with local banks and insurance agents if you need those contacts as well. After the search was over, and we located our forever home, Shannon was not just our realtor anymore, but our friend. He truly cares about his people, which in this day means something.
