I have been coached by James Hunter over the last year on commercial real estate. He has been very passionate and adamant about making sure to dissect every property in regards to zoning, proper licenses in place, proper paperwork and understands in detail how to obtain financing for different investment types. James is a people person but also a very straight to the point individual who will not sugar coat the importance of due diligence.
