I put my condo on the market February 2023 hoping it would sell in season. My first realtor priced it too high. When I took it off the market for the summer, I received numerous solicitations from realtors who wanted the listing. Joe sent a letter in the mail saying he had already shown my place to buyers, so I reached out to him. Joe was so friendly and accommodating! I asked if he did marketing videos and he said yes. I asked if it would matter if my place was shown empty and he said that would be fine. He sent me one of his marketing videos of an empty condo for sale.- I loved it. I said I wanted to list it after I moved north for a new job. He said he would take care of everything for me. And he did!!!!! Joe kept an eye on my place so I could move north and start my new job without any concerns about my condo! It was so wonderful! Moving and starting a new job are stressful enough. Joe had my back! That meant so much to me! He scheduled two open houses for the first weekend it was on the market. A couple asked to see my place before the first open house started. They made a full price offer that afternoon! Joe had priced it very well. It was a quick and smooth closing! I am so grateful! I give Joe Garafalo the highest possible recommendation! He goes the extra mile and is a pleasure to work with! His slogan should be "Way to go, Joe!!!!" :)
